The Roller Cell 40™ (RC-40) is a roller bottle processing system that automates all adherent cell culture stages—from inoculation, incubation, and media change to trypsinization and final harvest. Not only does it provide a completely closed system for aseptic operation, but a single operator can process the equivalent of up to 100 standard bottles with the touch of a button.

A gamma-irradiated RC-40™ bottle pack includes 20 roller bottles ready-assembled with tubings, manifolds, and filters, providing access to the cell culture area via a single aseptic connection.
Each fitted with a consistent multichannel peristaltic pump that enables homogeneous filling.
Pump volume, rotor direction (both clock and counterclockwise), and speed are controlled with a multi-color touchscreen that features password protection, alarm histories, remote operation and multi-language capabilities.
