STEVEN CHEVILLOTTE
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Steven Chevillotte is Chief Executive Officer of SaniSure, bringing extensive global leadership experience across finance, operations, and precision manufacturing in highly regulated industries. He joined SaniSure in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer, where he played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial and operational foundation before transitioning into the CEO role. As CEO, Steven guides the company’s strategic direction, scaling global operations while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, performance, and customer partnership.
Steven holds dual degrees in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Financial Analysis & Accountancy, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School. His background uniquely positions him to lead SaniSure through its next phase of growth.
JEAN-MARC PESSON
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Jean-Marc Pesson joined SaniSure in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 15 years of financial leadership experience across industrial and manufacturing-driven organizations. Prior to SaniSure, he served as a CFO within the aerospace and machine manufacturing sectors, supporting companies through periods of operational complexity, growth, and transformation. Jean-Marc brings deep expertise in financial strategy, accounting, and performance management, with a strong focus on disciplined execution, scalable processes, and value creation. His experience in manufacturing environments enables him to partner closely with operations and leadership to support profitable growth and long-term strategic objectives.
ELENA MACK
CHIEF QUALITY OFFICER
Elena brings decades of experience in medical technology and bioprocessing, leading global quality initiatives at Olympus, Becton Dickinson, and West Pharmaceutical Services. With a 25-year career spanning pharmaceuticals, biologics, and contract manufacturing, she now serves as Chief Quality Officer at SaniSure, driving regulatory compliance and manufacturing excellence. Her journey began in microbiology at Wyeth, sparking a passion for patient-focused quality systems. With advanced degrees in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, she remains an active industry leader, contributing to BioPhorum, ASQ, and mentoring future professionals.
JEFF CHASE
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES & DISTRIBUTION, AMERICAS
Jeff Chase brings over two decades of strategic sales and distribution expertise to SaniSure. As Vice President of Sales and Distribution for the Americas, he leads with a commitment to operational excellence and customer partnership. Jeff’s collaborative leadership style and focus on innovation continue to strengthen SaniSure’s market presence and drive sustainable growth across the life sciences industry.
JAN KRIEGER
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS EMEA
Jan Krieger oversees SaniSure’s European sites, including all operations functions and customer service, and leads global operations projects. He joined SaniSure in March 2025 and has delivered notable productivity gains, reduced backlogs, and improved customer service response times. Previously, Jan held leadership roles at ZEISS Group and Hilti; he holds degrees in engineering and business administration and is passionate about running and travel.

VICE PRESIDENT OF ENGINEERING
John Thiel brings extensive experience in engineering, technical operations, and in new product development. He has held global leadership roles in multiple industries, spanning a broad range of materials, manufacturing, and assembly processes. His current scope covers global item and drawing creation and revision control, manufacturing engineering, and product industrialization.
FAWN DINIZ
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Fawn Diniz is the Director of Operations for SaniSure, bringing over 20 years of experience in medical device manufacturing, operational leadership, and lean process improvement. Prior to joining SaniSure, she held leadership roles at Agilent Technologies and Freudenberg Medical, where she led major efficiency initiatives and strengthened quality and productivity across operations. Fawn holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.

Jean-Luc Visier is Vice President of Sales & Distribution, EMEA at SaniSure, leading commercial strategy, distributor partnerships, and sales execution across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With a background in biotechnology and healthcare, he brings a disciplined, customer-focused approach and deep expertise in European life-sciences markets, supporting SaniSure’s continued growth and expansion.
