ONE2SAMPLE®
The Simple, Secure, Configurable Sampling Solution
Draw up to 10 samples with a single connection using configurable assemblies with a variety of container types and combinations. One2Sample is the only solution that streamlines workflows with secure, flexible and efficient simultaneous or sequential sampling.

FULLY CONFIGURABLE AND CUSTOMIZABLE

WE’VE MADE SINGLE-USE SAMPLING 10X EASIER
Analytical Method Specific Containers
- A wide range and mix of sampling containers means every sample is in the right container for the analytical method.
- Each assembly can be configured based on the specific unit operations’ sampling needs (i.e. chromatography fraction sampling vs pooled fractions).
SINGLE USE
- Manifolds are ideal for sampling in single-use processes.
- Sequential or simultaneous sampling depending on manifold configuration.
EASY TO USE
- One2Sample manifolds and trays offer superior ease of use for drawing up to 10 samples with a single sterile connection.
- A wide range and mix of sampling containers reduces sample handling and preparation prior to analysis.
- Simplified handling reduces opportunities for sampling errors.
UP TO 10X TIME SAVINGS
- One2Sample manifolds save time when multiple samples need to be drawn at the same time without having to attach multiple sampling containers with separate connections.
STERILE REPRESENTATIVE SAMPLES
- Samples are drawn directly from the process vessel.
- One pre-sterilized assembly of up to 10 samples reduces sterility assurance management.
REDUCED PROCESS RISK
- A single, simple and reliable sterile connection reduces risk of process contamination by up to 10X versus single sampling.

One2Sample® Sampling System FAQ
What is One2Sample®?
One2Sample is SaniSure’s configurable single-use sampling system that draws up to 10 samples through one sterile connection. Each One2Sample assembly carries a mix of container types matched to the analytical method each sample is destined for, so a single connection can serve several different tests.
How does One2Sample reduce contamination risk in bioprocessing?
One2Sample reduces contamination risk by replacing multiple individual sample connections with a single pre-sterilized assembly. Every aseptic connection is a potential ingress point, so consolidating up to 10 connections into one lowers contamination risk by up to 10X compared with single sampling methods.
Can One2Sample handle both simultaneous and sequential sampling?
Yes. Manifold configuration determines the mode. A simultaneous One2Sample manifold draws multiple samples at once, while a sequential manifold draws them in order. Both modes operate from the same single sterile connection point, so choosing a mode never adds connections to the process.
What process stages is One2Sample used for?
One2Sample is used across upstream media preparation, harvest pool, downstream chromatography and filtration steps, and final formulation. The sample containers on a One2Sample assembly can be configured to support physiochemical, bioburden, sterility, potency, and stability testing from a single sampling event.
What components make up a One2Sample assembly?
Every One2Sample assembly is built from three configurable elements: the connection type at the process contact point, the hub or manifold that divides the flow, and the sample containers themselves. Each element is specified to your process, so no two One2Sample assemblies need to be alike.
