Cleargreen®Pure PVC Resin Certificate of Analysis

The SaniSure ClearGreen^®Pure PVC has been tested according to USP <661.1> Plastic Materials of Construction standards and meets the following compliance requirements:

• IR Identification Test: CONFORMS – Specimen exhibits absorption spectrum substantially equivalent to USP PVCP RS
• Absorbance: CONFORMS – Result of 0.13 (Acceptance: NMT 0.25)
• Acidity/Alkalinity: CONFORMS – Within specified limits for sodium hydroxide (0.6 mL) and hydrochloric acid (0.0 mL) requirements
• Total Organic Carbon: CONFORMS – Result of 5 mg/L (Acceptance: NMT 5 mg/L)
• Extractable Metals: CONFORMS – All tested metals (Ca, Zn, Sn, Ba) within acceptable limits
• Additional metals (As, Pb, Cd, Hg, Co, Ni, V) tested for informational purposes

The DSC Identification test showed a glass transition temperature difference of 10.6°C between sample and reference standard, reported for informational purposes only.
