The Roller Cell 40™ (RC-40) is a roller bottle cell culture system that fully automates all adherent cell culture stages-from inoculation, incubation, and media change to trypsinization and final harvest.
Unlike manual tissue culture bottles, the RC-40™ delivers a completely closed system for aseptic operation, and a single operator can process the equivalent of up to 200 standard roller bottles.

A gamma-irradiated RC-40™ bottle pack includes 20 single-use roller bottles serving as a closed, ready-to-use alternative to standard tissue culture bottles or roller bottle apparatus pre-assembled with tubing, manifolds, and filters, accessible via a single aseptic connection.
Each fitted with a consistent multichannel peristaltic pump that enables homogeneous filling.
Pump volume, rotor direction (both clock and counterclockwise), and speed are controlled with a multi-color touchscreen that features password protection, alarm histories, remote operation and multi-language capabilities.
